Donated to LEAP by Lakeview Church of the Nazarene, this is the first time a church has donated land for housing in Nampa and is also the first donated property to the LHT. Thanks to special deed restrictions, homes in the LHT remain affordable for buyer after buyer, so a one-time donation can create a housing opportunity that is affordable forever.
