Holly Knoeller

My position and main responsibilities at LEAP are…

As a Workforce Housing Specialist, my work at LEAP will help fuel economic growth across Idaho in rural communities by connecting decision makers throughout the state in a workforce housing network aimed at catalyzing cross-sector collaboration.  This will include providing training and technical assistance to help stakeholders understand and utilize their resources to create and preserve workforce housing.

I come to LEAP with 20 years of real estate history working in Idaho as an Associate Broker and have a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.

When I’m not working I am…

Spending time with my family, and Akbash Stella in Idaho’s beautiful outdoors.

I’m in nonprofit work, and specifically inspired by LEAP, because…?

Affordable and attainable housing are cornerstones for building a sense of community, place, and wellbeing for families across Idaho. I love that our work at LEAP contributes to this one home at a time.
