My position and main responsibilities at LEAP are… 

As the Asset Construction Manager, I collaborate with the development team through the design process and manage all Leap properties including the Leap Housing Trust. I have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Idaho; I am a Certified Master Gardener through the University of Idaho, and I am also a Licensed Real Estate agent in Ada County.  I have worked as an architect and landscape designer for more than 30 years while building a parallel property and asset management career.

I gain such satisfaction with the idea of helping people. I recognize the extreme need for affordable housing and want to do what I can to help with the solution.
